The Milledgeville Baldwin County Development Authority works hard to attract new business and industry into the area and offers support to existing industry so that they will continue to succeed and grow. Industrial development is well-established evidenced by the great variety of large and small companies. The Milledgeville-Baldwin County Development Authority offers industry a modern 500-acre industrial park strategically located on Highway 22. Over two million dollars was spent on developing the infrastructure of the park to get "a world-class industrial park." The industrial park is fully served with roads built to the states highest standards, as well as complete underground facilities including sewer, water, electricity, natural gas and fiber optic cable. Considering the property and location, it is also very inexpensive. The industrial park currently has six residents in the park, bringing a variety of services and products to the area. We have a good conglomeration of industry but we are always looking to diversify. So come and join us!
