The Development Authority will assist a qualified candidate with a wide
range of financial options. Tax free and taxable Industrial Development
Revenue Bonds, low-cost loans and various State and Federal Grant programs
are all possibilities.
In addition, the City of Milledgeville is served directly by five banking institutions (see below) that compete to provide any customer a complete range of financial services.
